I'm a long time user of Yelp but this is my first review. My mother-in-law is moving in with us which presented the opportunity to replace our old carpet since we were reconfiguring several rooms. I was working with a tight timeframe which was made worse by struggling to find a reliable company to partner with. These other companies only wanted to sell products "in stock," kept postponing meetings, inferior quality, or quoted high prices. Not Valley Carpet One! products that catered to our needs. Once we selected a few options, Sandy came to our home the next day with the samples we were interested in to see how they looked in our home. She also measured and got me a quote later that evening because of our deadline (much appreciated). We found a high quality carpet in our price range which Lisa ordered the following day. Sandy continued to communicate with me about the status of my carpet and potential install dates. When it arrived, Mauricio called to confirm the install date. (2/3)

On installation day, Miguel & Tony arrived within the provided window. While the process is messy by nature (removing old carpet, padding, & staples, prep, cutting, dust, etc.), they were always respectful of my home, communicated, made sure I was happy with the results and did a good job cleaning up. I loved how my carpet turned out! Every interaction I had with the company was professional and I always felt like everyone strived to help. I would happily use Valley Carpet One in the future and couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you to the whole team! (3/3)
